Question about calories..?!
Question: on the nutrional facts on food boxes, bags, etc.. does the calories represent per serving.. So if it says 300 calories but there is 3 servings in the entire bag does that mean that the total calorie count is 900. Im just curious to see how many calories I take in.
I was looking on the box of a Digornio pizza and it said calories 325 but the servings represent 1/6 of the pizza. Do I really take 325 x 6 to get the total amount of calories in the pizza?
