i second oatmeal.
even uncooked, i blend it in with shakes. it makes it thicker and you get the carbs.
oatmeal and vegetables
Edit: NO Binky, a sugar is a carb, a carb is not always sugar.

crazyman, what you're asking doesn't exist, because a carb IS a sugar. There is no such thing as a "sugar-free carbohydrate." It's like asking for a sugar-free sugar.
