Does it matter if you take pills 3 times daily in the day or all at once...?!
Question: I am using these men's daily vitamin pills and it says 3 times daily.
Now my mother says I should take them at different intervals in the day, morning, afternoon, night.
Recently I was taking them all at once at night...

Pills are usually spaced so that you can keep a constant blood level of the drug, not to mention preventing stomach irritation. I believe Mom is right! You should listen to Mom.
Yea it does. the best way would be to take them at 3 different times during the day so you don't overwhelm your body by taking them all at once Mom is right!

mom's right, your body can only absorb a certain amount of each component at a time ex: calcium is about 500-600 mg, anything you take over that is a waste, body just flushes it out
