Looking for a good 20-30 min workout?!


Question: one that didn't need any gym equipment and i could just do in my room would be nice.

Body Weight Squats - Legs out wide - 3 sets of 25
Lunges, alternating - 3 sets of 12 ea leg
Feet elevated Push Ups - 3 sets of 20-25
Reverse Crunches - 3 sets of 30
Pull ups or Chin ups (have to buy a door way bar, its a must)
3 sets of 8-10
