Question: If you didn't eat or drink anything for a whole day, how much weight would you lose by the next day?

Nothing, if you dont eat for a couple of days only then does it effect you,
Since you right after your fast day your going to dive right into the food lol

Depends on how much water you drink, because that is all you will lose.. that and muscle...

You can actually lose about 5 pounds...

But the next day...ur gain it back and ur in up holding the fat...since you have taught ur body that one day that u might stave urself again...there for...your body holds fats...

Its really unhealthy...

If you didn't eat or drink anything for 24 hours, you can lose about 3-4 pounds.

But you lose the same amount if you drank water. Water has no calories.
