I went throught the same thing. the key is to get up earlier than you have to and do something.
so lets say you have a 10am class. go to bed by 11 and wake up at 8 and workout. go to the gym or do a set or workouts you see on youtube take a shower and by 10 youre good to go.
if your class is at 8am, go to bed by 11 and get that full nights sleep. take a good shower and go to another room where your bed isnt at and do somethng until its time to go.
i know how you feel though you have to get through this now and when you start working you can pick evening hours

lol!! I'm totally the same way! BUT okay like what you have to do is... I know this sounds stupid but it works! Okay so like make yourself go to bed one night at like 6:00pm and sleep all the way until morning and I promise you WON'T be tired in the morning but fully enegerized and you'll actually see how much time you are wasting when you sleep in until like 12:00 each day. haha. And if you can't get yourself to go to sleep take about 3 tyonel PMs and you'll go to sleep. Trust me. Oh and also once you wake up at like 6:00 in the morning once it's about 9:00pm you'll be pretty tired and go to bed early. =]

Uhm try eating a good breakfast. Your body goes into a fasting mode over night and needs food to fuel the body. Breakfast should actually be one of your bigger meals if not the biggest of the day. I would try 2 peices of turkey bacon, a serving of egg scramblers, a fruit of your choice, a half of a begal, english muffin or toast and a glass of fat free milk or fuit juice.
