How can I stay motivated?!


Question: I have started going to the gym and my eating habits are improving but im not sure what else i should do to keep myself motivated and going to the gym on a regular basic.If anyone has any ideas that would b great!

Keep track of your progress! Take measurements and compare your numbers every two weeks. Seeing your improvements will help keep your motivated.

what i do to keep myself motivated is think of someone I like and pretend they they want me to do that for them. i hope that helps!

get one or two habits

put magnets and notes on your refrigerator with rules and guidelines that you are following so you feel bad whenever tempted to make a wrong decision!

or make a promise with someone close to you like your mom that you could call her everyday and tell her you went to the gym, so you would feel guilty if you had to lie or not call at all. this idea is a little corny but it sounds like it would work.

just take deep breaths and say "i can do this" over and over
make a little cheer such as
she can move
she can dance
she went from size 10
to a size zero in pants!
and thats not all
shes not gonna fall
shell dig that hole
cause right now shes the size
of a totem pole!

you know something cheery and make you feel better, lol

I would suggest you find a dedicated gym partner, that helps a lot. Some people are dedicated and some are lazy and make excuses, no pain no gain. girls keep me motivated women love a man who is in great shape trust me i know, and the same for girls men don't like it when your as looks like cottage cheese very unattractive.
