Will this help me lose weight?!


Question: have a yoghurt or peice of toast in the morning and 2 crsipbreads in afternoon and small tea at 5 0 clock then dont eat after that time and will i notice a difference after 3 weeks of doing this? i use to have tea late with my boyfriend and his parents and ate alot so i decided to try this.

If you don't eat after 5 o'clock then your body will probably go into starvation mode then when you eat breakfast the next day it will all be converted into fat. it doesn't sound healthy enough. your body needs good nutrition. The best way to lose weight is by working-out regularly and eating in time and avoid junk food.

you definately should lost weight by eating only that! but seriously, why would you want to? food is friggen awesomeee!!! i eat loadzzz & im still not overweight. excercize is the key. then you can be healthy!!!

Add some cardio exercise to what you are doing and you will easily lose weight

Only eating that will leave you thin but unhealthy, then you'll gain all that weight back and more when you start eating normal again as your body will be used to conserving energy (in the form of fat) as much as possible.

you arent eating enough! if you dont consume over about 1,200 calories your body may go into starvation mode and hold onto its fat stores

as a growing teen you should probably be eating about 1,500 - 2,000 calories a day, more if you exercise a lot

try this:

breakfast - egg white omlette and fruit
or porridge and banana

snack - fruit

lunch - salad with veggies and lean meat/fish/nuts

snack - crackers and light cheese
or carrot sticks and humous

dinner - anything healthy with lots of veggies!

drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep, avoid sugary, fatty, processed foods and alcohol & smoking

this will be a more beneficial lifestyle change for you. dont put yourself on a drastic diet, you may quickly lose lbs but its mostly water weight and youd put it all back on when you went back to eating normally

hello,,,, u need nutrition. vegetables, fruit, protein....... yeah, u might lose weight, but just wait for the misery of depriving urself.

That is too little. Add a few bananas or maybe try some cucumber or celery sticks in between meals - you could have them with humous if you like it or guacamole. That'll keep your energy levels up, so you don't flag and get headaches. It'll also help your digestive transit.
