I need some more help ...?!


Question: All i have eaten today is a low fat cheese sandwhich.
I am planning not to eat until i start loosing weight, but im starving and craving food.

Can you suggest anything to stop me craving food ?
Eating again isnt an option. =(

You can't go without food forever. You need to start eating healthy. You need to stay away from processed and refined foods. Stay away from white bread and foods made with white flour. You need to be eating lean meats, foods high in protein and fiber.....and fresh veggies and fruit. This will help you lose weight and keep it off. If you starve yourself..you will lose weight....but you'll gain back a TON when you finally start eating again.

just workout and eat healthy its a lot better then starving yourself

WTF? Starving yourself isn't good for you. OK? You want non healthy food - go ahead and have it. But don't eat AS MUCH of it, and work out. Try to set up a HEALTHY diet with grain, veggies (although most are disgusting <-<) , fruit, meat, and dairy products.. Exercise always helps too!

Eating again should be an option. Don't starve yourself.
