Suggest healthy food (breakfast, lunch, supper).?!

Question: somethin that isnt rly fatty...

Answers: somethin that isnt rly fatty...

Breakfast: try wholemeal toast, fresh fruit, smoothies, low-sugar cereal.

Lunch: wholemeal sandwich eg tuna, chicken salad. Salad with no-oil dressing. Light vegetable broth, wholegrain rolls. that kinda thing.

Dinner: fish, red meat or white meat, with LOTS of veggies eg broccoli, potatoes, carrot, beans, snap peas etc. make sure you either grill, bake or steam the meat or fish, don't fry it. also, don't boil your veggies for too long, as they lose their nutrients, steam them instead, in a little water in a pan.

drink lots of water, and for snacks, have nuts, fresh and dried fruit, and veggie sticks.

hope this helps.

Breakfast: A piece of fruit, yogurt, and some granola.

Lunch: A large (build your own) salad with protein and half a sandwich (healthy wrap) or soup.

Dinner: Chicken breast, whole grain rice or pasta, veggies. Fruit juice to drink.

The key is to make sure you have snacks in between - high protein (like cheese) or a fruit cup, and drink a lot of water.
