How can i loose weight fast??i just feel so big and want to be thin again help!!!


Question: dance. buy some dance dvds! ride your bike to get the groceries, jump rope, swim, go to the gym every day. stop eating junk food. and drink only water!
Your diet should be something like this:

Breakfast: egg salad with tomatoes, lettuce, and some bacon bits.

Lunch: vegetable soup with basil, peppers, tomatoes,peas,corn.

Dinner: salmon and rice with some vegetables.
Dessert: fruit salad (peaches,cherries,pears,pineapples..etc)

fluid diet the celebrites do but your mostly starving yourself

ideas:
~jump rope
~jump up and down
~eat 50% less junk food
~start running
*hamburgers are really bad on thighs(don't eat them)*
~drink only water(thats right no gatorade or sweet stuff)
*green tea burns fat*
~ride you bike more often

When ever you want to eat something tell your self if you eat one more thing your mom or dad will die or tell yourself "i already ate half of my fridge"

detox or just stop eating
