I am trying to be healthy , can you give me some good healthy food advice?!


Question: I think I am already half way to the healthy diet road

I eat an oatmeal in the morning ( people say eat it with fresh banana - not sure if should )

I eat a small snack ( peanut butter on wheat bread ) 2-3 hours later ..

Then I am thinking of eating grilled chicken sandwich , But the thing is I eat in my car , do you think I should put a salad dressing in my car , if you do then , my next question is - where can i buy grilled chicken , from a deli ? what do I tell them ?

So i can just microwave it after i buy it, whenever I need a salad ? will that work ? As you can see I am pretty new to this..

hmm....after my lunch I was thinking of an Apple ...

I get off from work at 5.00 so after I get home I was thinking of making lunch , But not sure what I should eat as lunch ? yogurt ? ?

I am trying to fix the flaws in my dieting program.. once I get this fixed I am sure it'll take care 70% of looking better and feeling better like I read somewhere ..how should I start doing this ?

you sound like your doing great so far keep that up eat salads with low fat dressing you can get grilled chicken anywhere fast food restraints but don't get French fries on the side get a healthier alternative and water to drink~ low fat yogurt for snacks ~ and granola bars~ and exercise it will make you feel better~ dinner eat homemade meals

i think your diet is going well. if you eat healthy food with equal porpotions,yuo will be able to stay healthy. also doing excercise is a good thing

you are doing excellent. Many of the deli sell a variety of meat & steam veggies. Also Subway is great too. Best of luck!
