How can i weight...105?!


Question: im 115 now and i have just a little bit of fat on my tummy(its little girl cute!) and my lovehandles.
5'8'' btw,
i really need to tone up but i hate working out soooo much! so i am trying to diet off the last few pounds.
if i only eat 1200 calories, but i eat poptarts, captain crunch, waffles, toaster strudles, mac and cheese, ramen noodle, ect.
would i be able to lose it?
and by mid-april could i lose the 10 pounds?

i kno its not 'healthy' but its how i eat anyways and im natrually thin, so i figured if i cut back and learned how to cound my calories, then that little bit of fat would just go away?

You're too underweight as it is. Do toning exercises to firm up your lovehandles, but don't lose more weight.

um if your 5'8 and your only 115 YOU DEF DONT NEED TO BE THINKING OF LOSING WEIGHT...what do you want to be a twig??? your already pretty damn skinny.

You should exercise and eat less junk food.

You are already underweight!! If you want your tummy to look better just do ab work. really like the 8 min abs work out on youtube.. it's really good. 8 Min's out of your day you be great. Even if you lost 10 pounds, you aren't going to lose the tummy unless you work it out. You will look horrible at 105...deathly skinny. You probably already look way to skinny.

Walking is good.... or go for a swim.

OK!.. are you really 5 feet and 8 inches? Because if thats the case do you want to loose weight? Anyways, find a hobby like tennis, or soccer to move around and you dont realize how much you are really working out. And yes counting calories of coarse can help, but if you want to tone up, remember that muscle weighs more than fat. A very inshape person that looks amazing probably weight more than you think. So dont look at the scale only, try to think about how you feel health wise.

No way super skinny girls are gross your at a you need to gain weight maybe be 120-130

don't bother dieting, i'm 5'6" and weigh 130, i fit in size 3 jeans and look pretty hot in a bikini, your taller and weigh less, i'm sure your fine, we (all girls) always think we weigh too much or are too fat, but in truth, most guys like a little muscle, not little tiny weak sticks who are too concerned about their weight to have a little fun!
