it is normal but not that good for you . you are only supposed to lose up to 2 pounds per week. if you lost that much that soon there are a few reasons though. 1. you are ill.2.it was mostly water wt. you didn't have nearly enough, fast way to loose wt but not smart, you need at least 8 times a day 8 oz of water3you are naturally thinner and your body does want to be that smaller size and it quickly shed the wt. cuz you went back to you re normal eating habits.the first ten pounds that anyone looses is always faster and easier than even 5 more later. My husband loose 8to 10 pounds after we run the 1/2 marathon or even just cuz he did not drink a 12 pack of beer that weekend. do not be alarmed over this wt loose. but if it continues over say 3 weeks please go see a doc. there may be a medical reason.

wo what did u do!! please tell me im 14 5'11 and im 200 lbs im on a diet!!! u must have a high metabolism so yea ur fine

That isn't healthy...

No thats not normal at all... you should see a doctor if you contine to loss weight this fast

It can be. But if there is really no reason for the weight loss, if you keep losing---see a dr. You are probably not eating as much as you think. When I am under stress I lose weight without trying, but that is usually because I forget to eat or I'm not in the mood. Good luck and congrats :)

No its not normal, but you knew that before you asked. It doesnt matter that you gained an excess amount over a short period of time in December. The recent loss of weight has nothing to do with what happened last month. Gaining 11 pounds 1 month, and losing 9 the next is not healthy. It sounds like you have something going on that you are not disclosing. Without exercise and proper diet 9 pounds should not come off in a Month, much less in a week. If you do not have a eating disorder or haven't been ill then you need to see a Dr if you really lost 9 pounds this week... something may be wrong that if you catch it now may be a really good thing.
