It really depends on whether or not you want to be able to eat "anything", or are willing to give up some stuff. The Flex plan is good for people that don't want restrictions on what kinds of foods that they can eat..but bad for those of us (including myself) who just can't push the plate away after just one serving (often tiny...if the food is high in Points). The Core plan (which I have just switched to) allows you to eat until you're full (just not stuffed). I like this option, but what takes a little getting used to is that on this plan you have to cut out breads, pastas/rice have to be whole wheat/brown, and you can't have ice-cream, candy or anything with fats/extra sugars. Fat free dairy products (all), sugar free everything, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, lean meats (trimmed of ALL fats) lean chicken (no fat/skin), fish, fresh fruits/veggies...etc. Nothing fried or greasy is allowed. If you can handle cutting out the junk, it may be worth it so that you can eat a lot of "the good stuff" (well, aside from the fat-free dairy..ew). Its really a trade-off. I'd start off with Flex, and see how you do (just use high-Point foods sparingly, and load up on 1-2 Point or 0 Point foods). If it just isn't working for you, and you're still really hungry, give Core a try. Core is working pretty good for me so far, and I spend 2 years on Flex...so I think its different for everyone.

Good luck!
