JUmp rope doubt?!


Question: HI buddies
I do about 1000 jump ropes per day for 6 days per week.I mean 50 jumps x 20 sets.Am i doing well to reduce my fats or should I increase the count!

15 minutes of jump roping = 30 minute run

you will get really fit + loose weight :)

I envy you. keep the reps only do them faster for more stamina
