Am I doing enough for weight loss?!

Question: I started working out about 5 days a week. I'm only now going into my second week but I feel so much better already. Last week I did the treadmill for average, a mile in 17/18mins but with 5 mins of warm up and cool down in total. This week thoug, I added on weights. 2 sets of 15 reps arm workouts(I plant on doing this 3 times a week but I'll up all the sets by 1 each week). 2 sets of 20 reps of sit ups and 2 sets of 10 reps on the leg machine(works the quads). Today though, I ran on stop on the treamill for 15mins(minus warm up and cool down time) non stop at 3- 5mph speed..gradually increasing the speed. I intend on maintaining that the rest of the week. Am I doing good enough for weightloss? I am definately watching what I eat as well and it's going fine to this point. I feel like I'm progressing but is it good enough for weight loss? I am just taking it a day..or week at a time this time.

it seems to me you maybe be doing a bit too much.if you just started a week ago i would ease into any new activity.don't rush it or it wont work.

YOu need to try HIIT training.

That will really make the difference.
