I remember when i was about 15, in 1995, my dad had a diet sheet from the british heart foundation with a plan that said u could lose 10lbs in a week, but it consisted if no carbs, and stupids meals like beetroot and cottage cheese for breakfast. Personally i did the cambridge diet 2 years ago and lost 4 stone in 4 months, its hard and u have to understand u have to change ure whole way of eating when u eat normally again, plus exercise.

exercise more, the best way to lose weight is slowly. a dramatic weight loss is not good for you.

that kind of extreme weight loss would need to be closely monitored by a doctor or nutritionist. u could do more harm than good unless u get it approved by a medical professional first.

To loose a stone in one week in your situation is not healthy. It is better to eat a low fat diet and exercise. I have a under active thyroid and maintain my weight by doing this.

i really dont think there is such think unless u exersise like all day and eat very very little.

it is a diet that is given to heart operation patients to reduce cholestral. cant remember the name of it but you may be able to google. i would speak with GP first due to your thyroid

Diets don't seem to work for many people.
The reason for that is because everybody is different.
Consider yourself as a unique,worth living,beautiful individual.
The only way to get fast results, and results that will LAST..is to work out.excercise, run, swim, jog,go to a gym, ride a bike, walk !! so simple !! and can possibly be fun if you have a goal! .. never go on a scale to check your weight loss, always measure yourself.because if you work out and you gain muscle,[which burns fat hellah fast]then muscle weighs more then fat,so you will look really skinny, but the scale might show you weigh more...the reason for that is as previously stated.
Now as for your diet.Eat 6 small meals a day.In the morning you should eat your big meal, then 2/3 hours later eat a snack, and no i dont mean a bag of chips, perhaps a fruit would do.then eat your next meal,2/3 hours later snack..
perhaps another fruit..then for night you eat another meal and you eat another snack, another ffruit.that way you get your 3 fruits a day :) and your metabolism gets faster because you are eating more..yet in smaller proportions.if at any point you get hungry..in between the diet i suggested previously, eat vegies.great way to get your fruits, and vegies, and lose weight by getting your metabolism at its highest rate..all at the same time!! :) good luck sweety.i lost 18 pounds doing this.if you stick to the plan it works,if you dont, your skrewd, simple as that.and drink lots of water,6-8 cups of water a day!!

Such a diet would be a potential disaster! The body quickly switches to starvation mode on ultra low calorie diets. These conserve energy and calories, so that weight loss is in fact minimised. The body also switches to catabolic metabolism, here, unfortunately, not only fat is broken down, but muscle as well. If this is sustained, cardiac muscle breaks down as well which is dangerous.

Try eating a little less and exercising a lot more. Weight loss of a stone a week is in your dreams!
