You lose weight, I starved my self for months, lost 60 pounds. About 300 calories a day. My hair didn't fall out. My skin stayed normal, I still had energy. And when I went back to eatting 1500 calories a day I didn't gain a thing. I was 15 at the time. Went from 185pounds to 125, at 5'8.

Your skin get crappy.
Your hair gets limp, and it starts falling out.

Just look up the effects of anorexia.

In addition to what's in the first response, because of the vitamin/nutrient deficiency, your immune system will become less efficient and you will begin to get sick more often.

alot of unhealthy stuff 1 thing ur body will store up alot of fat when u eat nything b/c it thinks ur gonna starve to death

There are a number of phases to starvation, which are too complicated to go into detail on here.

First of all, no your body would try to burn fat first, and spare protein (muscle) until last.

You are right, your metabolism does slow down in order to conserve energy. Once you use all the carbs up in your body, you switch to ketones (like atkins) which burn fat to power your heart, brain and muscles and use the glyceride back bone of the fatty acids making ketones.

All up, your body digests itself, fat first, then muscle then organs then .. well death
