How do i lose my love handles and belly fat?!


Question: I have been running at least 4 days a week, i lift weights, do situps and i cant seem to lose a pound.

you need to target the area you specifically want to tone

-crunches
-sits ups
-side lunges
-back exercises (for love handles)

Also, do you eat right? If you exercise but still eat unhealthy you're not going to see much result.

watch what you eat..Its possible to do basic excersize and still be in wonderful shape if you eat healthy.

You fail to mention how much you eat. You can exercise until you pass out everyday but if the amount of calories you consume is greater than what you burn or equal to, you won't lose weight.

diet pills, you will lose interest of eating also it won't make you feel hungry at all. and energy all the time

you need to increase your metabolism...eat six small well balanced meals a day...the trick is to eat more not less plus stay away from the sugar...

just watch what you eat and exercise your abs every other day.
