Pilates DVD's will show you how to use your body, via positions, that are similar to strength training. You learn to be in one position and hold it..I often held the position until I was screaming in pain then I knew it was working.Your friend Kate from Kansas knows alot about this and she can tell you and even send you a DVD she won, she has about 4 of them. After searching through her piles of DVD's and mess she will put your DVD in an envelope, addressed to Jo and also try and mail you some Vinegar tablets.

i suggest you screw the dvd get off your *** and run like a white person.

I'd suggest Davina McCall's power of three workout. It's brilliant. There are easy options at first for you and as you get fitter you can advance to harder. Plus Davina herself is inspirational - she's lost shed loads. NOt to mention trhoughout the workout she is sweating away trying her best and occasionally grumbling too - I find that motivational.

The Max and Paddy one. Paddy exercises Max fools about, so while you exercise, you get to laugh too.

I have to agree with Frances T with the Davina McCall DVD, she is wicked I have been doing the DVD for three weeks and have lost 16inches and feel fantastic.....and congratulations on losing 2stone. but if you buy this DVD it will be the best
