Heck yeahh no other reason except jeans.

I think it is very plausable, drink a pint of water before ever meal, this will fill you up so you dont eat as much. you will need to eat little and offtern though. Try some simple exercises and walk instead of the car or bus.

Instead of sitting watching tv, watch tv but do some exercises whilest doing this :)

good look xx

ooo i would say about 1 pound.

omg...well here's an idea u might find stupid. eat more fruits cute the sweets exercise more you will see immediate results you fatty so put your self togther. hut hut

umm sry..i wont say i dont reccomend it..but you need some help cause your 5 inches taller than me and only 10 pounds more your not very big

I dont recommend it as you are at alow to ideal weight for your height, but if you insist put yourself on a 1000 calorie diet for one week and you should lose 2-3 pounds.

In a week, the healthy way... no more than 5 pounds. That entails moderate exercise 5 out of the 7 days (jogging, aerobics, ect) and eating no more than 1,500 but no less than 1,200 calories a day(and try to avoid the junk food ok?) Be sure to drink enough. The best way to see how much water yuo need in a day is to divide your weight by two and that is the number of ounces of water you need. Being 130 pounds, you should drink no less than 65 ounces of water a day.
To lose more you'd have to use some very unhealthy practices- and those are the kind that generally dont last. So... I don't reccommend it. LOL. Lose weight the healthy way and you'll actually be able to keep it off.

1-2 pounds is a healthy amount.

If it's a quick fix (for valentines day perhaps?? haha) you could try the grapefruit diet...
i am currently on it for this reason!

good luck.

wiki expalins below how the diet works.

'A study at the Nutrition and Metabolic Research Center at Scripps Clinic found that, on average, participants who ate half a grapefruit with each meal lost 3.6 pounds and those who drank a serving of grapefruit juice three times a day lost 3.3 pounds. Additionally, many patients in the study lost more than 10 pounds.

Dr. Fujioka found that the grapefruit diet appears to reduce insulin levels and, thus, affects blood sugar regulation. Bear in mind that the pancreas secretes insulin in response to the amount of carbohydrate ingested (also affected by the glycemic index and glycemic load of a food or meal) and that grapefruit, by itself, has a glycemic index of 25 (compared to glucose) and a glycemic load of 1.4[2]

Another theory is that the fruit's low glycemic index is able to help the body's metabolism burn fat.

Maybe 5 pounds if you really reduce your calories and step up your exercise.
