Question: i currently do lounges and squats and bents-and-thrusts for lower body

and dumb-bells and pushups for upper body strength

but i am kind of tired of all the same routine

so any one got any new suggestions? that do not require gym equipment?

go to you tube and type in 8 minute abs, i started this a week ago and i have already seen results

they also have 8 mintue arms,
8 minute legs,
8 minute buns.........ya, buns of steel!!! woot!! woot!!

pullups are actually one of the best, you could use monkey bars for those
