Is this a good workout schedule? I'm not sure?!


Question: Please tell me if there is anything bad about this schedule

30-45 minute Cardio Monday - Saturday
Upper Body on Tuesday and Saturday
Lower Body on Thursdays
On Sundays I don't do anything

sounds pretty good you dont have to do cardio every day if you dont want to tho do it like three or four days a week and then do intervals on one day or something really intense like that and weights at least twice a week

try it out and if you dont like it change it up

whoa good job scheduling that in, hopefully you can go through with it. even if i got as far as to make a list, i probably wouldnt go through with it. lol
