Just do things more go out more stay active dont sit around al day and youll be fine and happier too.

Dancing and swimming, ballet, ballroom--but you do have to exercise in some way to loose fat on legs.

If you don't stay active, you won't lose it.

Shut off the TV, log off the computer, and get outside. Go for a walk, stay away from the elevator, try walking to the store instead of driving, etc.

If you aren't willing to get active, you won't lose anything.

walk around more than necessary at your job, take the stairs every chance u get, do lunges, squats, and eat healthy which is most important. U can still lose weight without physical exercise. ITs all about calories in and calories out..i've lost close to 8lbs with no excerise in 3 week
