Does your body weight level out as you get older?!

Question: I'm going to be 14 (next week, day after Valentine's Day...lol) and i weigh around 139. The last time i weight myself was January 28 (yes i remembered the date) and i am 5'5". I was wondering if i am heavy for my weight? I haven't done much active sports lately because ive had no time and i do have a tummy that i would like to tone up.

But i am also wondering, as like the years go on (in highschool and all) does your weight start to settle down a little bit since this is a time where everyone goes through many changes. As long as you eat healthy of course. But, also is there any ways that i can stick to a diet to lose some weight. The most i would want to lose is 15-20. Thank you!

Your weight does settle out as you get older but only if you stick to a nice health (not anorexic!!!!!!!!!) diet ^_^

That depends on individuals body metabolism. Bottom line, if you are sedentary and still eats alot of high calorie foods, you'll go big, "sideways"
