Good diet? - any nutritionists out there?!

Question: what do you suggest is the best diet to lose weight fast and then whats another diet to keep it off. include hours and how many meals. im about 5'11 and weigh about 190. id like to get down to 165 say by june 1st. is this possible. i run about 2 miles every night and do some sprints - i also do weight training 4 days a week which will actually add lbs. i know but its ok. so again a good diet plan would be good. thanks include expirience / i.e. trainer - nutrionist etc.

The focus should be on eating healthy and developing habits that last a lifetime. I would recommend eating every 2.5-3 hours throughout the day with a balance of carbs, fats and proteins, lots of veggies and moderate amounts of fruit and dairy/soy milk. You don't say if your male or female or your age, but with that kind of workout routine, I would suggest 1500-1700 calories if you are female, and 1800-2000 calories if you are male. There is no healthy way to lose weight fast and keep it off, sorry, but with this plan you could be down to the 165 by July. Good luck!

One to 2 pounds per week is healthy. Try the Yeast Syndrome diet by John Trowbridge, M.D. for fast weight loss. He has a maintenance program for keeping it off, in the book too.

keep with weights and cardio...more muscle means you can burn more fat...eat lots of fruits and veggies...diet is 95% but never ever starve yourself...

drinks lots of water, drink nonfat milk...no fruit juice, no soda, no fast food no booze...it'll be difficult just stick with it...

small meals are good but go with whats comfortable dont eat anything after dinner... went from 200ish to 130ish write down what you eat find healthy alternatives...

there will be days where yo dont want to work out at all but go on those days because those days will make the difference...listen to your body dont overtrain...

you'll only set yourself back...rest is critical take at least one day off and get 7 hours of sleep if you can...

dont mess with supplements unless its protein...dont know what your motivations are but dont let how you look/feel externally define who you are internally...have big goals and then outline small goals that will help you reach those goals...hold yourself accountable...work hard...best of luck
