DIET Plan Help! PLEASE!?!


Question: I need help please I wanna loose weight but I wanna do it safely. Best way to shed pounds by July!?!?! I'm looking from 10-20 pounds or more by July or August. If I could loose 30 I'd be a very happy and fit girl! Thank You

10-20 is definately achievable! Aswell as 30, just gottta really really work for 30. First and foremost, its going to take atleast 3 days a week of excercise. Weight training and moderate cardiovascular for 30 minutes. I prefer a high protein diet, around 1400 calories and a homemade shake here and there with some protein poweder to get me by. But the best way to do it. You gotta stick with it the first few weeks, and once you see the results you will be addicted haha. Goodluck!

You could easily achieve this as long as you are dedicated and serious about losing the weight. I would highly recommend i Diet & Fitness. If you stick with them, I'm sure you could lose more than 30 pounds by July or August easily! Check them out, I've had great success with them. Hope this helps and good luck!
