If I drink Muscle Milk/Whey protein without working out much, will I still gain !

You will gain some, but not much. It doesnt seem like you are really pushing yourself at all. The system only adapts to overload. Less stress on the system=less adaptation. In all honesty, if you are working out that little, you should not even be wasting money on protein powder. You are probably getting everything you need from your diet.

most likely you will gain some, but you do need to work out more to gain a lot.

you cant realy on those drinks to kep you intacted and do all the work for you!!!

Push your muscles to failure! Then drink a protein shake. Then skip. Repeat process.
