What type of diet should I be on?!


Question: I'm fourteen (almost fifteen). I'm about 5'7'' and 105 pounds. I'm generally pretty fit, but due to injury, I have to give up gymnastics for awhile. I eat apples, mainly, and for lunch I'll usually have a bagel or a salad. I don't eat much for dinner, and for breakfast I'll usually have a yogurt and an apple. What type of diet should I be on?

I wouldn't worry about dieting. If I were you I would find another type of exercise that won't interfere with your injury. I am a health fanatic and I don't suggest dieting for people who are like you and don't need it. I would watch out on just eating apples, bagels and, salad make sure getting all the proper nutrients that you body needs.

Nothing stupid. You're already skinny enough.

WELL WHAT YOU ARE EATING IS FINE SALADS APPLES BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE SOME MEAT AND VEGETABLES I N YOUR DIET ALSO. NOT TOO MUCH RED MEAT BUT FISH IS GOOD FOR YOU AND SO IS CHICKEN BUT NOT FRIED. BEFORE YOU START A DIET GO TO YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR HE WILL TELL YOU THE PERFECT DIET. DONT FORGET TO EXCERISE GOOD LUCK MARTHA S

u are a good weight,so u shouldnt go on a diet that makes it so u starve urself.to maintain the weight ur at dont have much more than 2000 calories per day.
