When you are trying to lose weight...what is your favourite meal?!

cold meats wrapped around cottage cheese--low fat low calories

Chocolate, crisps and chips.

Thats why they always fail.

Lot's of different soups
Quinoa salad with salmon

boiled rice with loads of diced pepers,spring onion.and chicken

Slim-cup-a soups and a fat-free marshmallow.

3 Egg Omelette with mushrooms, bacon, ham and 42g of mozzerella.

I know it doesnt sound very "diet-ish" to you but its all part of the diet when I'm on Slimming World.

Anything I shouldn't have ;-)

bacon egg and baked beans.......3 turkey rashers replacing the bacon .....the egg is poached and 2 tblsp baked beans and 1 slice of bread and "butter"

I find this a very filling meal

my meals basicly is:-

tuna
eggs white
salad if possible
white skimmed hi protine cheese
orange juice
olive oil on that
youghurt if ican
ps:-not all the above are available all the time but basicly tuna and eggs and juice are standards

Ok well i ALWAYS eat sugar-free maple and brown sugar oatmeal. It only has 100 calories. But if you get the low-sugar it is 110. I eat this for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Steamed broccoli with spray butter also tastes good.

Poached salmon in lemon and white wine with rice and linseeds.

Salmon is such a tasty fish. Yum Yum

probably baked salmon or homemade mini pizzas with low-fat toppings. also, i love my eggs and veggie sausage - with ketchup of course.
