Fat? how to get rid of it?!

so im 5'8 and 120 pounds
but im flabby- not fat
my tummy is squishy and so are my thighs...
how do i lose fat without gaining bulky muscle?

DONT DIET, but change your lifestyle. They are different.

There are many things you can do to change your lifestyle.

-Drink min 8 glasses of water
-Eat 5 small meals over the whole day, this will keep your metabolism going at full gear
-Try drinking green tea two times a day
-Exercise for a maximum of 45 min a day. Walk on a treadmill at a pace of 6 km/h, or try and achieve 70% of your heart rate, for 45 min in one go.
-Avoid salt, mustard, processed salt etc... salt retains water
-Weight train, now you dont want to gain bulky muscle, so heres the trick. Lift light weights, for alot of reps. This will make you lose weight + make you stronger. While lifting heavy weights will make you stronger + make you bulky.

Hope this helps reduce fat!

It sounds like you need to tone up with high reps of light weight. This will increase your muscle mass which will in turn tone you up. If you do the reps in the 15 to 20 range for 2 sets with the last set being hard to reach 20 you should see results.

You're not overweight, just unfit...

Go see a personal trainer, they can set you up on a program to tone, not build, muscles.

Usually accomplished by doing weight training using more reps of less weight, you won't build bulk, but tighten the muscles you have, and achieve a better BMI (less fat but same weight)

I am currently trying the Atkins diet..I have heard alot of success stories..but if you just wanna lose a few pounds I would do weight watchers or something like that.

also eat healthy BUT DONT STOP EATING .not eating worsens it , n doesnt help in anyway .
