i don't think so unless you totally get fat and i don't think you want to get fat that would be very nasty :) so like keep the muscle it prolly would look good if you just went with the flow and worked with what you got :)

well when you dont use them they turn to fat. when you loose mucle they turn to fat

stop doing any physical activity that would cause you to use those muscles. I.e. arms = no heavy lifting, do less than normal

eat a lil more

Yes. If you restrict your caloric intake and only do cardio exercise, you'll lose both fat and muscle. The more cardio you do, the faster you'll lose muscle.

lose muscle????? why would you want to do that!! but maybe try not to use them alot

well you could find a way to catch muscular distrophy but i really dont know of an easy effective way to lose muscle

I don't know why you would want to loose muscle. Are you a body builder that has decided to change career paths? I would focus more on cardio as opposed to weight lifting. Do longer bursts of exercise as opposed to shorter bursts. You could swim, walk, jog, hike, or bike. Those are all great cardio exercises. Do cardio exercises several times a week for at least 30 minutes at a time. Doing at least 30 minutes of cardio at a time trains the muscles to be longer which in turn makes the body appear leaner and less bulky. Good luck.

Yes, of course, though don't know why you'd want to lose muscle. Just do less physical activity. If that doesn't work, then complete inactivity - like bedrest for several days - will cause muscles (especially, in this case, the large leg muscles) to atrophy and weaken. With muscle, the "use them or lose them" dictum applies.

Hope you reconsider this if you plan to deliberately try to lose muscle, unless you have some very unusual conditions or circumstances. Almost always, muscle is a good thing, not a bad thing!

stop lifting

dont eat too much protein
