Whats a good weight for a 16 year old boy. im slightly over 5'8 and weigh ap!

Question: This is a very healthy weight for a growing boy. Don't worry so much about the weight on the scale. You could be a person that has a lot more muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat on the scale. So, keep active and try and eat healthy and you'll be just fine. If you're that worried you can calculate your bmi. However, bmi's don't take into account the built of a person. For example, the bmi could tell an athletic person they are overweight when in fact that person has very low body fat. That is why I don't always believe the bmi is an accurate measurement; it is just a general guideline.

Sounds normal to me.

sounds normal to me...i was around 180 or so when i was that height but i used to be a little on the husky side...haha...but sounds like a normal weight to me

Keep in mind that if you're muscular, you will weigh more; muscle weighs more than fat tissue of the same dimensions. So if you're a bit muscular, you'll probably be right where you should be for your age and your height.
