You look better then the girl in the 2nd pic.

juding from the second pic you probably have to lose a few lbs, just cut calories eat a lil less per day (google a BMR calculator and add 50 calories to your bmr thas about what you should be eating) and a bit healthier, the more whole foods the better and you can get to her size easy, would probably only take a month. However it does look like she stores fat in her stomach and you store fat elsehwere so if you were to get her size arms and legs you would have a smaller stomach.

i think its very possible for you to look like her, but you look better. You would have to gain weight to look like her
