eat right, and run for 30 min a day and it should be all good. cut out sodas and unnecessary sugars from your diet, and drink water

small frequent meal. keep up the workout.

125 is a pretty good weight and 100-105lbs would be pretty slim. I think your fine the way your are...unless your like really short...I mean like under 4' 10".

Cut back on junk food. It helps ALOT.
Also, you might try not to eat past 7 or 8. Depending what you do after those hours. If nothing, dont eat!

Why the hell would u want to loose 15 pounds as a 125pounder!!! u wanna be anorexic!!!!!

Unless your really short, why would you want to walk around looking like a anorexic. There is such a thing as too skinny.

Why? I think that 125 pounds is pretty deceint compared to some people. Im 13 and i weight 107. Im not chubby and i have a body. Please stay the way you are. Everyone is different, but if it gives you more self estem i suggest try to not eat 0 trans fat or no fat foods. Many companys put in high amounts of sugar to make up for the loss of fat in there products which later turn into fat. Stay with the four food groups. Mostly vegatables

Eat healthy and replace red meat with turkey or soy. Keep up the workout!

Unless you're 4'10" or shorter, 125 is fine. Losing 10-15 lbs would make you almost anorexic looking. I'm assuming you're 5'0"-5'6" like most women.

Ok well im 15 I used to way about 200 pounds hated my self. Ate way to much junk food you know. Well then my friends and I went around places. We walked very far maybe 10 to 20 miles a day. I wouldnt eat but 2 meals during the day. Healthy meals and occational not so healthy. The walks was in the heat to and very stress realieving. Well b4 te summer was over I lost about 4 pounds and gaind 15 back on cause i lost the 40 within a month and became sick and ate more. Just dont want to lost it to fast.
