URGGHH I'm so frustrated with this!?!


Question: I've been wanting to get down to 90 pounds.
currently I'm 93.8 and 4'11 so don't say that's too skinny because it isn't.
I dont know what to do but I have to lose this weight by the end of the week.
I DONT CARE
if i gain it back
if its unhealthy
just how can i!?

Easy, don't eat a lot. Eat veggies and chicken or tuna when you do eat. Drink water in place of soda and juice, and exercise for at least 30 mins, make sure you break a sweat. You should be able to lose 2-3 lbs by the end of the week like this. I've done it.

too skinny and to short you probably don't have enough calcium intake

WOW, ok here,

Get a bunch of laxitives and spend a week on the toilet, don't eat anything, and post another quetion next week and tell us how you feel. You'll get down to 90, I can promise you that!

why don't you worry about this kind of thing when your I don't know... 18 and you can ACTUALLY CONTROL YOUR OWN WEIGHT!

Eat spinach, it takes more calories to digest it than the amount of calories in it altogether.

why does 3 lbs matter??? u dont look fat at all in ur pic?? i would just stay at what ur at its probably water weight or something 3lbs is nothing iguees if u wanted to you cud use a laxitive or sumthing that will **** out all the water but thats VERY UNHEALTHY!!!!!!!!! BE WARNED!

I can't really see your picture well but from what I can see (and from your stats) you don't need to lose weight. I know that's not what you want to hear but it's most likely true.

Ramp up the cardio (do it in the morning as it will help your metabolism). Do some resistance training (really low weight or bands and high reps). Only eat chicken/fish with maybe some brown rice/broccoli. Only drink water. Minimize the salt intake (salt will make your body hold the water weight). Take hydroxycut hardcore before your workouts and meals (don't exceed the daily dosage amount).

Unhealthy ways - do all of the above and cut your calorie intake. Don't eat anything before you go to bed and when you wake up do your cardio right away. Then do another session in the evening. Don't do this for more than the week.
