Become fit before Dance?!

Question: There is a big dance coming up at my school in about a week or so, so i just wanna look a bit better than I normal. Is it possible to lose a pound or two in a week? Got any exercising moves suggestions?

The most I've dropped in 2 weeks is 10lbs. If you are serious about loosing the weight then do 45 minutes of cardio every day until the dance. The best ways to do so is jogging or jump rope. For the diet, you need to burn more calories than you eat. COUNT YOUR CALORIES!! Your target is around 1,200 calories a day. Split that up into 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals. This is what keeps your metabolism going. Drink ALOT of WATER! Try having a glass of water before each meal to fill up your stomach. 45 minutes of intense cardio should burn more calories than what you ate. Keep that heart rate up! And if you can't fit into your dress then make sure you have an empty stomach when going to the dance. It will reduce your stomach a good inch. If you can follow this then you should see results. If you start feeling faint then eat something...don't hurt yourself over a dance. good luck!

curt out sugar and cut carbs to 50 a day

Sounds weird but.. DANCE. Go crazy to songs and just dance for fun! It burns carbs and even though its hard work, its so much fun. Even more fun if you get together with your friends. You burn carbs and lose weight and dont even know it! =]]

Go cardiovascular- jump roping, jogging, etc. don't starve yourself, but you could also cut out any extra fats/carbs, etc. from snacks.

Yes it is possible. I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks by doing Dance Dance Revolution at my house. Im sure you have heard about it, it really works and is not dat expensive. Its a great cardio work out.
