Question: my aunt (by marriage) has to use a wheelchair too....and i think she's the strongest woman i've ever met, seriously. here's one thing i know that can get you a little work out thing...and that's finding someone to install a pull up bar in your room that is low enough for ya to reach...and just do pull ups....also get some light weights and use those for a month or so...then get a little heavier ones. hope that helps.
