How can you do the atkins without including too much meat?!

Question: You don't.
You have to eat meat.
I think Beans have too many carbs for it to be a true Atkins diet.
Maybe you shoukd try the South beach diet it's like a modified Atkins.
Plus last time I did Atkins my hair started to fall out...I would hate for that to happen to you!

diets are stupid.

THE BEST DIET IN THE WORLD IS LISTED BELOW:

eat healily, go for a bloody run you lazy bum, low callorie, soup, whatever diets either dont, or only burn a bit of weight, usually unhealthily

u can eat a taco or something idk

I eat a very low carb diet, pretty much following, or even lower-carb, than Atkins, and I'm a vegetarian. Soy products, such as tofu, and all the various vegetarian meat products exist that are sold in virtually all health and natural food stores, and increasingly, in major supermarkets (depending on where you live). There is also seitan, a wheat gluten protein, which is used to make several tasty meat alternatives. The cost is about the same, or only a little more. There's also eggs and cheese, eggs being one of the best and tastiest ways to get balanced protein. And don't forget seeds and nuts, which have plenty of protein and healthy fats, and usually loaded with essential nutrients. Finally, you could simply supplement your diet with whey or soy protein shakes if you feel you are getting enough calories from fat but not quite meeting daily protein requirements.

Meat is definitely not essential to following a very low-carb diet.

Simply use less meat and replace it with veggies, I would think...I am one of those smug people who have no weight problems so dont need diets...sorry..lol
