What do you do to reduce weight?!

Question: I bought a manual thread mill, since the motorized one helps just to jog. (I am truely working for 10 mins on it daily morning). I am on the walk every evening for one hour and little exercise to twist the body. Cool, I am not able to control my food, pathetically. When I am back from walk, I am more hungry and ends up in eating more. This is the routine for the past 2 months and I am still maintaining the same 154 Lbs at my height of 5'1". I am worried and do you have a comment on it? How important is the control on food?

You're not going to like my answer.

In my opinion, diet is more important than exercise when it comes to weight loss. If you can't control your food intake but you exercise, you won't lose as much weight as if you controlled your food intake but never exercised. I have seen people in wheelchairs take off all their excess weight through diet alone who are not physically capable of exercising.

Try to fill up more on vegetables or lean protein so that you're not feeling so depleted after working out.

have a large glass of water before every meal & wait 5 minutes Never eat anything white e.g.flour,rice,sugar,dairy food, bread or anything made with these ingredients The weight will fall off almost immediately.Have a cup of herbal tea with a spoonfull of honey before bed.It worked for me and FAST & keep exercising every day

I find eating less works, no, really, it does.
If that fails you can make a mixture of two tablespoons of baking soda, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, and some parsley flakes, but it will do you no good.

Its more important to learn what your body needs and keep it going then to try control the way you feel check out my site for advice on healthy weight loss. http://nyblizzard23.googlepages.com/home

food control is SO important. you are NOT going to lose weight if you do not cut calories. try whole grains, lean protien like chicken and fish, and lots of fruits and veggies.
