I am underweight, so how do I put on the pounds ?!


Question: Hi Folks,

Been to hospital recently for a cataract op, and they confirmef that I should be heavier

I eat like a Trojan, and have indulged in KFC, McD, local Chinois, home made allsorts, including fried bread sausage sandwiches, but remain at a lousy 7st 6lb

It is pathetic.
I don't even exercise a lot, other than cycling a few miles to my boat, and fiddling around in the engine compartement

The Doctor said carbo-hydrates, such as loads of spuds
This I have done, to no weight gain

I see obese folks around, and wonder why

Any notions ?

I had the same problem. What I have found works great, like the very first week is Joe Weider weight gain. Go to ebay.com to buy it or almost any health food store.

Also get the tablets that are chewable weight gain tablets.

I went from 140 to 185 and not fat either.

Here is how you do it if you want to gain weight fast.
Step 1. When you wake up in the morning have a good meal as much as you can stuff down..and THEN have the weight gain shake. Each shake has over 2500 calories! So you will gain for sure.

Step 2. Then at lunch again eat like a piggy and have another shake after the meal another 2500 calories! So far thats 5000 calories not even counting the meals.

NOTE: Do not have the shake before meals or you won't be able to eat. Its the shake right after meals that pushes your weight upward.

Step 3. Now..in between meals carry the weight gain tablets with you and munch on those they taste really good.

There is no way that you won't gain weight. Only God himself will be able to stop you. But besides God nothing will stop you from gaining.

Have you tried any weight gainer?

If you say you are eating as much as you are, then you need to contact you doctor. You could also try to go into a vitamin store I am sure it has a section on weight gain. Best of Luck!

Have you been checked for an over-active thyroid? If you're not gaining weight eating this type of food, I'd begin to get worried. Something else you need to look into is your cholesterol levels. EAting food like this in an effort to gain weight may cause your cholesterol levels to skyrocket, putting you at risk for heart attacks and/or strokes.

I don't know what the answer is for gaining weight when you're already eating like this and it's not working, however, I would get checked by your physician sooner rather than later to ensure that there is not some underlaying condition causing your body to metabolise food so quickly. (Also, get your blood pressure and cholesterol checked...just to be on the safe side).

I weight lighter then u so i hav no idea and i exercise a lot

Pizza has a lot of calories and fat. Eat a lot of it! Also eat a lot of processed foods. Hotdogs, kielbassi, bologna and cheeses. Carbs and fatty foods is the way to go.

have lots bread and stuff have lots smoothies and stuff
