Easy.. lay tummy down... on tiptoes - put elbows on floor with hands pointin forward and hold that for about 30seconds... relax and repeat...so this about 10 times..3 times a day... keeps your core strong!..
Also lay on back...and hold onto something above your head.. raise legs up and down without touching floor...this also does your abs/thighs...
Works great for my gym routine...
Have you tried pilates? The exercises really target the problem areas. There are heaps of cheap pilates workout videos on the market, so I suggest you give this a shot. :)
Crunches, airbike, cross body crunch, decline oblique crunch, and decline reverse crunch. The secret to keeping abs tight is to vary the exercises.
