It's extremely hard (if not impossible) to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. You can, however, lose fat and maintain your muscle mass. This is done by combining a low-calorie, low-sugar (low glycemic-index) diet and a cardio routine with your normal lifting routine.

Body builders go through cycles that consist of a few months of "bulking" and a few months of "cutting". They do this because If the try to do both at the same time, one of them has to give.

When you're trying to "cut", or lose excess body fat, your lifestyle (diet and cardio) should be one that does not promote significant muscle gain.

My advice would be to do it the right way. Go through a bulking stage where you consume enough calories for your muscles to take full advantage of your workouts. Then, when you're built up, go through a "cutting" phase where you cut down on the calories and try to remove sugar from your diet (only consuming complex carbohydrates, "good" fats, and plenty of protein as always).

Try this vitamins, safest thing I can recommend to you. Most people don't have enough of them. And make sure you have enough protein. Milk may help too considering it is the base of a lot of protein powders. Also look up for bodybuilding info on Yahoo too.
