Running, I swear by it!!! Alternate between sprinting one day then slow jog other day. It gives you a 6 pack too. Hill running helps to turn your legs muscly too.

Its also relaxing and not too energetic / hard work! I really love this and its a good core exercise! Good for other bits too! I love it!

Any of the good gyms / leisure centres local to you should offer this class and you can normally have it included in a full membership (and have use of the other gym facilities) or you can pay to go to the class on its own!
