Does the dvd Crunchless Abs really work?!

Question: I actually just bought this DVD. Yeah I know doing activity would cost less, but I wanted to at least try something that doesnt just target two muscles.

If you do decide to buy it, dont go thru the website www.crunchlessabs.com

Their customer service.... welll.... doesnt exist. I've go a major complaint about ready to be filed with them on how my order was (or wasn't handled). Including no responses to any of my "contact us" emails. And a change in how the program or ordering is set up after my order. Now I have to talk to my bank to stop any future pymts to them

But I do agree with others, its not just the exercise, its the activity. This DVD seems to show what possibly maybe good exercises that may help. What like many DVDs and diet or pills, there's the fine print "use with a daily exercise and diet to ensure maximum... whatever"

you can do the exercises but unless you do the correct eating it wont work. But we'll see. I'm trying to do it but most of the foods I like are on the "no" list

i dont know what that is, but you dont have to do crunches for abs!! aslong as your eating low calories, and doing cardio everyday, you will start to lose the belly fat, which if your abs are strong, you will see them!

one of the best ab exercises is called the vacume suck!! all you do is suck in your stomach as much as you can, while tensing your abs, then hold it for aslong as you can! thats a great ab exercise, and it crunchless!! LOL

its not the DVD that works
its you doing activity that does the job

now you can pick to pay money and do activity or keep the money and do activity. i suggest the second one.
