Yes, I can tell you how to tone your tummy. Practice holding in your abdominal muscles.
In my day, (I'm 57) the in thing was to have a flat stomach and we did that by holding or contracting our tummy muscles. ( I told a young girl this the other day and she tried it and said. "I can't breathe" )
It is like contracting your arm muscle when you pick up an item.
You can also get the core (abdomen) exercises and the best one I have found is the latin dance instructional tape.
Back to contracting the abdominals: If you hold your shoulders back and always use proper posture, your tummy will automatically be drawn in.
Try it, It will make you feel better and you will appear to have confidence galore! We use to practice walking with a book balanced on our head! Bet you never heard of that one either!!!!!

Women naturally have a larger lower stomach because, in addition to a bladder and intestines, we have a uterus. It's most likely not fat, just your insides! I'm a dancer, and I do a LOT of stomach exercises. Even MY stomach insn't completely flat!

Lay on a bench (like the wight lifting ones at the gym) with your rear at the end of it, hold onto the sides with your hands, and lower your legs down and up, you'll feel it trust me. I also do it at home lay at the edge of the bed, same thing, lift and lower your legs.

a lot of acrobatic will fix you belling
