no it means your not getting enough protein in your diet try protein bars or peanut butter on toast. your body is telling you it needs something. i dont mean eat more i mean add some protein to your diet.

Congratulations on losing the 58 pounds, but 5'6" and 113 pounds is so skinny it's unhealthy. Here is a link healthy weight chart, for reference:

Try eating more protein, it can help you feel fuller for longer. Also, don't eat until you feel full. Just eat until you're not hungry. Then, if you need to eat sooner than your friends, go ahead and do it. Just don't stuff yourself when you eat again. Six small meals a day are just as healthy as three large ones.

Try not to compare yourself to your friends. Everyone's body is different. If you feel hungry, you should eat.

Also, if you are really worried about gaining weight, join a sports team or start working out on your own. Be aware that you will feel more hungry and need to eat more if you are burning a lot of calories, but that's normal. Don't fight it.

Sometimes the hunger feeling is merely habit. Maybe you are mistaking the hungry feeling for just food digestion. If you lost a lot of weight last year by diet and exercise, there is a chance you did it wrong, and you waver on the side of eating disorder. I am not calling you anorexic or bulemic, but you may have screwed up your body and brain a little bit in your obsession with food and weight loss. I personally think 113 lbs at 5'6 is too thin. But you are also only 15 and your body is going to continue to change. You most likely WILL put on a little bit of weight, but not because you are getting fat! It is because you are maturing. Ever notice how older Women and teenagers have different bodies? That is the way it is supposed to be. The best thing to do is to eat healthy...... when you know you had a well balanced healthy meal with protien, carbs, and veggies and you feel hungry again after an hour. Tell yourself you are not hungry, chew a piece of gum and have some water, and be sure to eat a small healthy snack after about 2 and 1/2 hours.
