What's a good ab exerciser that I can use at home?!


Question: I had a baby 4 months ago and am having a hard time losing the baby belly. What's an inexpensive (under $100) ab exerciser that I can use at home? Has anyone used the Ab Rocket or Smart Abs? I had an ab lounger a few years ago and I didn't really like it. Any other suggestions would help. Crunches hurt my neck and back. I'm not getting anywhere with them.

Forget crunches, they won't help, go running that will help you lose the baby belly, but don't forget to eat well, if you don't eat well you won't see any change.
