How many calories should I be eating in order to lose weight?!


Question: Hi everybody.
I have been trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating in order to lose weight and I can't quite figure it out. I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds. I'm 20 years old, 5"5" and 120 pounds. I run on the treadmill for 50 minutes usually about 5 times a week and will soon being some mild weight training.

first of all.. you don't need to lose weight.. you are already verging on being underweight.

Second of all..I would say since you are running .. if you eat about 2000 calories a day.. you will lose weight. I eat about 2500 calories a day and run 7ish miles a day..and I maintain.

skip the cardio, hun. it wont do anything for you except make you hungrier than a bear.
